For our smallest clients with just one or two schedulers, and up to 8 other logins, Pyroto Scheduler is free*.

Our mid-range application supports 250 instructors, schedulers and managers. Our high-end application configuration supports >1000 instructors, trainers, managers and other stakeholders, as well as student portals. Contact us for pricing for your needs.

* A typical small training center has 2 schedulers, a few sales people, a manager or owner, but maybe 10-15 instructors. If none of those instructors login, then Pyroto Scheduler is still free. It's only the number of "able to login" accounts that count.
