The Scheduler Site:

The Scheduler site is the main engine driving the Pyroto Scheduler application. Through this site, schedulers add, edit, and maintain courses from conception through delivery.

While a scheduler “owns” the classes that they add, all schedulers can view and edit all classes. Complete class history and the flexible use of private scheduler notes means that an individual scheduler’s absence will not have a negative impact on your clients.

Schedulers access the various class, course and instructor information through various graphical tabs.

Class tab: List, search, and sort your classes by date, completeness and name
Calendar tab: View all your classes on one calendar. See and link to date, client, and instructor information.
Custom Calendars: Customize the information displayed on the calendar. Customized Calendar Views can be saved for future quick viewing.
Instructors tab: Manage and view contact information, availability, and qualifications in one central location.
Snapshots: Produce reports, including pivot tables, on an ad-hoc, daily, weekly or monthly basis
Scheduling: View a list of instructors available to teach a class; assign or invite instructors and receive replies – all within the Pyroto Scheduler application!
Setup tab: This is where all course information is entered.  All classes (an instance of a course) derive their default information from a course.  This includes pricing, required instructor qualifications, as well as number of days.
Setup custom fields: Extend the functionality by adding custom fields to your classes.
